Eat It! City Simulator is a city-building game that aims to structure and analyse mechanisms of business models through a prism of the food industry distribution model. It is played on an interactive board, designed to allow the players to test different strategies that the supermarket business applies to the real world. The board is an abstract representation of an area set into grid formation, upon which a number of simple state changes can imposed. The interaction between city blocks creates conditions that can benefit or hinder the growth of a supermarket chain.

a touchscreen version of the board is developed for the mobile computer nokia n900.
